Differentiating Commodities

Design is a totally legitimate way to differentiate commodities.
Banking - Savings accounts really aren't all that different, but would you rather have one from Ally
or Redneck?
Airlines - Stodgy old United, or hip and cool Virgin America?

Songs Not to listen to when you work for a bank

When I worked for Schwab, I used to commute into San Francisco on BART. I'd hop in the seat, plug in the iPod and generally be pretty happy. Come up in downtown, grab coffee and a bagel and head to my generally non-descript office in a generally non-descript office tower. Over time, I noticed that there aren't many "bank appropriate" songs, but there are plenty of "bank innapropriate" ones. A brief selection of those:
